DesInventar coordination for Latin America
Regional coordination, with LA RED, of the DesInventar disaster inventory system, which records local-scale losses.
- Disaster information
- Databases
DesInventar makes visible the small and medium disasters missing from global statistics. OSSO coordinated its development and uptake in Latin America with the Network for Social Studies on Disaster Prevention (LA RED), and has since built and updated loss databases in many countries.
